As seen below, the Just Cause 4 presentation shows an action-packed and explosive world to explore, as well as highlights the improvements and differences in a number of the in-game gadgets. Promising to take destruction and physics to the next level, the trailer definitely seems to live up to these promises, as it further highlights the destructive power of the tornadoes, sandstorms, lightning, and blizzards.

Check out the new Just Cause 4 gameplay showcase, as originally shown during Square Enix’s E3 2018 press conference:

Overhauled and new vehicles, high stakes, better-than-ever combat, intelligent enemy AI, and unparalleled draw distance are just some of the features boasted throughout the trailer, with each of the aforementioned elevating Just Cause 4 over some of the bugs and issues experienced by players in Just Cause 3. While it remains to be seen how smooth Just Cause 4 runs at launch, hopefully it’ll be a major improvement.

It’s worth mentioning that, although this action-adventure title was officially revealed at E3, players have known about it ahead of time due to a screenshot and Steam leak. Moving forward, however, more about Just Cause 4 will be revealed through official announcements instead of at-time untrustworthy leaks.

Considering the action-adventure title releases later this year, many gamers may be adding it to their holiday shopping list. Hopefully, Avalanche Studios has improved this game over the criticisms of the last one, but we can only wait and see. It’s possible more Just Cause 4 will be shown at Sony’s E3 2018 press conference later tonight, so fans should stay tuned.

Just Cause 4 releases for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on December 4, 2018.
